Shipping Policy

At Zodiar, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for your luxury fragrances. To ensure successful delivery, a valid UAE phone number must be provided for all orders.

During Ramadan, all order cutoff times will now be reduced by two hours from the current schedule.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered the next day.

  • Express Delivery: For faster service, we offer same-day delivery.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges, if required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected by local customs authorities before delivery.

Speed & Cut-off Times

Our Express Same-Day Delivery applies to most Emirates if placed before these cut-off times:

  • 8:00 AM: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman.

  • 12:00 PM: Dubai.

Tracking & Communication

  • Standard: You will be notified upon dispatch.

  • Express: You will receive multiple status updates, with a payment option available before arrival.
