Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.

We are only able to accept returns in the following situations:

The item was received damaged or defective

You received the wrong product

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zodiarfragrance.com including your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement.

All items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

We recommend discovering your scent profile carefully before opening your full-size bottle.
